Return Policy |
|
IMPORTANT: You must call for a return authorization number before returning any product. Shipping not included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for reasons not
abiding by our return rules. We DO NOT accept used clubs for
credit, if you receive your clubs and do not like them (before hitting) please let us know so you can return the clubs for credit.
Returned merchandise (unused) will incur a 15% restocking fee
unless it is a miss-shipped item.

Shipping Policies |
All orders are shipped within 5-10 Business Days.
If a club arrives to you "damaged" from shipping please call us
ASAP so we can issue an Insurance claim and replace the club for you.
Shipping Charges:
All international customers as well as Alaska and Hawaii residents need to inquire via email about their shipping rates.
This is important as all overseas orders cannot be given a standard rate. Intl. shipping rates do vary. UPS is our courier.

Custom Golf Sales, Inc. accepts payment with VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
In order to pay with a credit card, please select the "Paying with Credit Card" option in the check out process.
Custom Golf Sales, Inc. also accepts payment by either check or money order. You may also call in your order. Once you complete the order, you will receive a grand total and an order #. Please send the check or money order for the total given to:
